Ordering Information
- All the prices listed on our site are in USD. If you would like your total converted to CDN please let us know.
- Select the item(s) you are interested in ordering
- CONTACT US with the item number, your shipping address and your preferred method of payment
- Once we’ve confirmed that the item is available we’ll email you back with a total including shipping and taxes
- If the total is acceptable, we’ll send an invoice
Accepted Payment Methods
- Canadian Customers - we accept PAYPAL or Money Orders
- US Customers - we accept PAYPAL or INTERNATIONAL Money Orders
- International Customers - we accept PAYPAL ONLY
Shipping
- We ship our orders through Canada Post or by Common Carrier for larger orders.
- Turning blanks and rough sawn lumber shipped to the USA are duty free.
- International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes (please check with your country’s customs for more information) Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns and Exchanges
- We offer exchanges or refunds on any wood that isn’t satisfactory.
- Contact us right away if there’s a problem and we’ll make it right for you.
- We accept returns as long as the wood has not been cut or altered in any way. Don’t send back wood which has been cut, sliced, or otherwise worked on.
- We’ll either give you a refund less the shipping cost or we’ll replace your item. Return shipping is at your expense. We’ll pay for the shipping back to you if it’s an exchange.
- Wood returns must be postmarked for return within 15 days of receipt and properly packaged.
